About this workshop
Cultivating an open, adaptive mindset in complexity. Certainty is comfortable — and it quietly narrows what a leader can see. This one-day workshop trains the opposite muscle: staying open, asking the question behind the question, and moving through complexity without rushing to premature answers.
Together we practise noticing assumptions, suspending judgement and exploring perspectives that do not (yet) match our own. Nature-based learning, experiential practice and shared reflection make curiosity tangible — something you can call on in your very next conversation, decision or conflict.

Format
One full day in and with nature, in a group of maximum 12 participants — a space of depth and connection. Your investment includes room, food and facilitation for the day; travel arrangements and other personal expenses are not included.
